 Mechanics play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical equipment within the plant by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.
 Maintenance and Repair:Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment used in the plant, including but not limited to pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, conveyors, valves, and other mechanical components.Follow manufacturer recommendations and established schedules to conduct regular inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacement.
 Alignment and Calibration:Ensure that shafts, belts, gears, and other mechanical components are properly aligned and calibrated to maintain precise operational parameters.Use precision tools and instruments to verify alignments and make necessary adjustments as per technical specifications.
