- Trade Tested: Mechanic
- Previous experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on yellow machines or similar heavy equipment
- Experience with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, or similar is desirable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail to perform thorough inspections, identify subtle signs of wear or damage and ensure quality repairs
