Mechanical Building Services Engineer HVAC

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to join our design team. This role is focused purely on the design, specification, and coordination of mechanical building services systems for a range of projects, from concept through to construction issue.
You will work closely with architects, electrical engineers, and clients to deliver efficient, compliant, and sustainable HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical and HVAC system design for building services projects

Design and specification of systems including:

Heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

Air handling units, FCUs, heat pumps, boilers, and chillers

Producing calculations (heat loss/gain, ventilation rates, pipe sizing, duct sizing)

Preparing design reports, specifications, and schedules

Producing and reviewing drawings using CAD and/or Revit

Coordinating designs with other disciplines and attending design meetings
