Mechanical Design Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Develop mechanical system design hardware for projects assigned.
• Liaise with system control department in optimizing equipment performance.
• Design and create a pneumatic schematic diagram and BOM list update.
• To source, select and purchase all the materials of mechanical components.
• To work with customers in defining the technical requirements on the assigned projects.
• Make sure all mechanical design & assembly is completed & correct before handling over for sequence run.
• Provide guidance and proper jigs & fixtures to perform calibration and alignments.
• Ensure the mechanical design integrates well with other sections by being involved heavily in the equipment assembly and integration testing.
• To train assembly and service support personnel on specific assembly module and technical application of machine standard components.
