Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical Design:
  Drive the conceptualisation, detailed design, and development of robust mechanical systems.
• Australian Compliance:
  Ensure all design outputs and documentation strictly adhere to
  relevant Australian Standards
  , building codes, and industry best practices.
• Engineering Analysis:
  Conduct necessary engineering calculations and analysis (e.g., FEA, thermal, and dynamics).
• Documentation & Quality:
  Prepare and review comprehensive engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, maintaining high technical quality.
• Remote Collaboration:
  Maintain proactive, effective, and timely communication with Australian staff and project teams to ensure alignment on design intent and project milestones.
• Technical Support:
  Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases, from initial inquiry to completion.
