Role Summary:
Designs customized and configured products to meet order related customer specifications. Creates and releases all necessary technical documentation for operations and customers. Performs sustaining engineering activities to improve reliability, manufacturability, and profitability of existing products including compliance to changing regulatory requirements. Utilizes CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems to model new designs and produce detailed engineering drawings.
The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for developing production-ready designs and technical documentation for complex valve and actuator systems. Core responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, creation of manufacturing drawings, and performance of routine engineering analysis to support product requirements.
