Job Description

 
  Responsibilities: 
 Design, execute, commissioning & install automation machines & systems to meet project & production schedule.
 Review & upgrade existing automated production lines via root cause analysis for continuously improvement to meet production new requirement.
 Create, prepare, update automation project documentation, procedures & drawings of Gantt chart, weekly progress report, process / equipment flow chart, validation list, buy off/FAT/SAT (Factory /
 Site Acceptance Test) procedure, mechanical assembly & layout drawing, electrical diagram & wiring, I/O list, co-robot & PLC program, SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), WI (Work Instruction) & PM (preventive maintenance) check list.
 Attention to details of design concepts, provide most cost-effective technical solutions in line with customer and company needs.
