Position Overview Reporting to the Product Development Manager – Hubs, the Engineer I is accountable for completed detail and conceptual drawings. The Engineer I will take ownership of design integrity, innovation initiatives, and product performance across our hub bearing portfolio. You will directly influence how products are designed, validated, improved, and brought to market with a strong emphasis on innovation, failure analysis, and continuous advancement. You’ll be expected to challenge existing designs, uncover root causes, and push engineering standards forward.
