We are looking for a high-energy, problem-solving Mechanical Engineer who loves building machines from scratch, tackling tough R&D challenges, and turning ideas into real industrial products. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment where your designs actually get manufactured in-house — not just on paper.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Create 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks/Fusion/Inventor.
R&D & Prototyping: Work on unique automation machines, mechanisms, and product builds.
Technical Drawings: Prepare manufacturing drawings with GD&T.
Fabrication Coordination: Work hands-on with CNC, lathe, welding, sheet-metal, and machining teams.
Documentation: BOMs, test reports, design notes, and production workflows.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Validate mechanical system...
