Mechanical Design Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for building and leading a mechanical design team dedicated to advanced internal and external antenna programs. Proven ability to lead, develop, manage, and inspire a diverse, global team across multiple regions, with a strong track record of delivering top-tier, innovative electro-mechanical solutions to market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor and manage a team responsible for smart mechanical design applied to innovative antenna solutions and deliver to market on time with dialed in cost.
• Directly own the design and analysis of mechanical systems and components ensuring compliance with product performance requirements, industry standards and regulations across the lifecycle from initial concept stage to mass production.
