What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise project execution from a technical standpoint to ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and cost goals.
• Guide and support teams, emphasizing excellence and fostering positive stakeholder relationships built on trust, integrity, and respect.
• Manage department capacity to support revenue targets with the use of employees, resource sharing with other SAI business units and hiring contractors during surge times.
• Oversee work assignments, conduct performance assessments, administer rewards, and discipline, and manage conflict resolution.
• Efficiently coordinate work schedules and facilitate interdepartmental communications.
• Provide valuable guidance during design reviews to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
