Mechanical Director, Datacentre

The role of Professional Engineering & Quality Assurance (Mechanical) HVAC+Fire protection requires the experience in developing new data centre design to meet reliability and availability requirement, efficiency & sustainability benchmark (PUE &WUE), international best practices, regulatory requirement, safety in design, cost target and speedto market.

As a team lead, he/she is accountable for the performance of the department under his/her leadership.

Responsibilities

He / She is accountable for completing the design for multiple projects in parallel (both greenfield and fit out), within

budget and program. Projects will span across regional metros.

The role must develop design brief & key metrics to ensure consistency in design quality and requirements.
