Mechanical Drafter: Revit

A multidisciplinary building services consultancy is seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, supporting the delivery of coordinated, high-quality mechanical services design.

The Role

• Produce detailed mechanical building services drawings using Revit
• Develop models, plans, sections, schematics, schedules and construction documentation
• Translate engineering concepts, mark-ups and sketches into accurate designs
• Coordinate with electrical, hydraulic, structural and architectural disciplines
• Contribute to HVAC layouts, equipment selection and duct/pipe routing
• Maintain drawing standards, model integrity and documentation workflows
• Assist with revisions, RFIs and updates across project stages
