Mechanical Draftsman

• Act a support for the Sales and Technical Team for fabrication inquiries.
• Conducts customer visit to attend on their technical requirements.
• Work directly with designer to produce drawings from sketches.
• Responsible for designing, semi tooling, precision tooling, metal fabrication, jigs and fixtures parts.
• Produces engineering drawings.
• Register engineering drawings to DCC prior to releasing in the production.
• Registers externally provided drawings to DCC prior to releasing to production.
• Releasing of all necessary documents together with the engineering drawing as per technical procedure.
• Perform toward enhancing entire part quality to reduce scrap as well as rework.
• Conduct assembly and test on jigs and fixtures, parts to be delivered.
• Assist subcon project from our qualified metal fabricator.
