Job Description

                    1. Conceptualization & Drafting  3D Modeling & 2D Drafting:  Creating detailed drafts using CAD software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo. 
Tolerance & Stack-Up Analysis:  Performing calculations to ensure individual parts fit together seamlessly. 
Material Selection:  Choosing the most appropriate and cost-effective materials (e.g., plastics, sheet metal) for the design. 
 2. Prototyping & Testing  Virtual Simulation:  Conducting structural, thermal, and stress analyses using CAE/FEA software. 
Prototype Development:  Overseeing the creation of physical prototypes and evaluating them for form, fit, and function. 
 3. Manufacturability (DFM & DFA)  Design for Manufacturing/Assembly:  Designing components so they can be produced easily, efficiently, and with minimal waste.
