Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

This is a remote position for a detail-oriented MEP Engineer to support U.S.-based construction and design-build projects. The role involves the design, coordination, and documentation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial and/or residential developments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience with Florida building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop MEP systems for commercial and residential projects
• Perform HVAC load calculations (Manual J, D, S preferred)
• Prepare electrical load calculations, panel schedules, and single-line diagrams
• Design plumbing layouts and perform sizing calculations
• Create and revise detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs
• Prepare energy reports and compliance documentation as required
