Major general contractor seeking experienced Mechanical & Electrical MEP Manager to focus on healthcare construction in Toronto and Vancouver. Salary $150k - $190k. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.

As a Mechanical & Electrical MEP Manager you will:

• Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Superintendent and the Project Manager
• Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical components of the job, and assists the Project Manager to ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings
• The Mechanical & Electrical MEP Manager will monitor in conjunction with the Superintendent, a project’s material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted
