Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and setup of wrapping machines at production sites or customer locations.
• Conduct machine testing, calibration and commissioning.
• Ensure machines operate according to required specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical issues on wrapping machines.
• Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce machine downtime.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, including machine manuals, maintenance procedures and reports.
• Maintain records of machine modifications, repairs and performance.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and reports for management.
