Job Description
- 3-5 year(s) experience in Mechanical Works monitoring supervision QAQC implementations of mid to high rise residential building.
- Preferably a registered Mechanical Engineer.
- Possess above average intellectual ability; computer literate, and experienced in MS office and applications software; can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and writing with good interpersonal relation skills.
- Has experience in reviewing plans, cost estimates, and specifications for conformance with the standard specifications. Checks the materials delivered and it's workmanship. Reports any deviation or seemed contrary to the plans and specifications as against any acceptable engineering standards considering the client's interest in terms of quality, economy and time.
