Job Description

General

• Organize, supervise, and direct the Operations Department to ensure efficiency and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Delegate tasks and oversee the equipment rental operations within a defined area with multiple sites/locations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the equipment rental area (project site), including equipment deployment and return.
• Inspect the quality of work performed by the Operations team.
• Actively report to the Executive Director and Area Supervisor regarding day-to-day activities of Operations Department.
• Ensure that the Operations Department conform and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure development and improvement of skills and competencies of Operations personnel through objective assessment.
