Mechanical Engineer (Capital Projects & Manufacturing)

Reports to: Engineering / Manufacturing Leadership

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 base salary

Terms: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Charlottetown, PEI

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead capital projects while supporting ongoing manufacturing operations. This role will play a key part in facility expansion, equipment implementation, and driving production efficiency across the plant. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and oversight to a junior Process Engineer and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
