Mechanical Engineer- Designer and CNC Operator

Design & Engineering:

• Create 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.).
• Develop detailed manufacturing drawings with GD&T.
• Perform engineering calculations for material selection, tolerances, and mechanical performance.
• Modify and improve existing designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency.
• Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.

CNC Programming & Operation:

• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines.
• Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
• Ensure quality standards and tight tolerances are met
