Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain Gantt charts, project timelines, and progress schedules.
• Support project cost estimations, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Support risk management and resolution of project issues.

Project Estimation & Takeoff

• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimations using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or other takeoff software.
• Verify project plans, drawings, and specifications for accurate estimation and material planning.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Ensure project activities are implemented according to approved plans, schedules, technical specifications, and safety standards...
