A leading international data centre operator is seeking an experienced Data Centre Mechanical Engineer to support the 24/7 operation of mission-critical facilities in Finland.

This role sits within live operations and focuses on the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of all mechanical systems, leveraging Finland's climate advantages to drive best-in-class cooling performance and energy efficiency.

The Role

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of mechanical infrastructure across one or more data centre sites, ensuring safe, resilient, and efficient performance in a Tier III / Tier IV environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operation and maintenance of HVAC and cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, free cooling)
• Oversight of water systems, drainage, and fire mechanical systems
