Job Description
You will maintain buildings and systems through inspection, repair, and upkeep to ensure safety, functionality, and smooth facility operations.
What You'll Do
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels).
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs.
Maintain heating and plumbing systems.
Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs.
Perform manual repairs (fix locks, replace windows).
Undertake activities of pest control.
Conduct general upkeep procedures (landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry).
