Job Description

Job Title : Mechanical Engineer 
Location : Lafayette, IN (Onsite)

Duration : Full Time Role 
Provide engineering support primarily for lubrication and cooling domain on large commercial engines. 

Determine suitability of applying existing components and/or sub-systems to new engine design programs or upgrades to existing applications

Lead and manage requirements definition, design concepts, analysis/simulation, design down select, validation activities within the NPI / CPI process

Lead and support the closure of formal CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) and NPI (New Product Introduction) issues

Lead team meetings with Lube Systems suppliers to manage existing purchased finished components and to develop new purchased finished components from concept thru start of production
