Responsibilities
:

Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence

Guide and review design activities to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and performance integrity

Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Support opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, and bid development

Collaborate with other Chief Engineers and executive leadership to align technical strategy with company objectives

Drive research, process improvement, and intellectual property generation
