Mechanical Engineer: LHC Insulation Vacuum & QA/QC

Big Science Sweden is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the LHC Insulation Vacuum Team at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. The role involves supporting activities related to the insulation vacuum systems, with a strong emphasis on leak detection and quality assurance during the LHC Long Shutdown 3 (LS3).

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation. Previous CERN fellow or graduate contract holders are not eligible for this position.
