To provide high-quality industrial and commercial plumbing services across the UCL estate, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of mechanical, water, and heating systems.
Job Description
The role includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, small works, and support for project activities while ensuring minimal disruption to university staff, students, researchers, and visitors.
Responsibilities
•Carry out PPM on all plumbing and water systems, including domestic water, drainage, hot water generation, and commercial/industrial pipework.
