Scope of tasks

1. Design & Engineering

• Prepare HVAC/air-conditioning system design and layout
• Perform cooling load calculations and unit sizing
• Develop mechanical plans (layout, ducting, piping, drainage, and electrical coordination)
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements
• Revise plans based on client or consultant feedback

2. Costing, Quotation & Contract

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities
• Develop and submit quotations for supply and installation
• Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare technical specifications, proposals, and contracts
• Review and finalize contracts upon approval

3. Site Visit & Ocular Inspection

• Conduct site visits for initial assessment and feasibility
• Perform site ocular inspections to verify actual conditions
