Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Mechanical Engineer to support a Makati-based project, leading the planning, coordination, and quality execution of heavy mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems. The role requires strong field presence, stakeholder coordination, and proficiency in digital construction management (BIM, CDEs, model coordination, and digital QA/QC).

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, technical submittals, and specifications for mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
• Supervise site installation, inspections, and testing & commissioning activities.
• Manage BIM coordination: model review, clash detection, digital documentation, and as-built updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for MEPF execution.
• Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and compliance with local codes and project standards.
• Prepare reports, punch lists, and turnover documents.
