Responsibility

• Prepare design specification and tender information.
• Prepare and design the total system or selected subsystem of a paint line as per specification.
• To calculate all engineering / technical data of the design specification.
• To calculate, analyze and determine engineering calculations required for the paint system.
• Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance.
• Research and conduct prototype testing on new products and systems.
• Prepare bill of materials and functional part list.
• To purchase functional part / machinery part regarding design.
• Participate in the commissioning of system and develop the documentation with sub-contractors.
• Provide detailed reports on the design works i.e. tolerance analysis report.
• Prepare system documentations.
• Prepare engineering change requests.
