Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer or any related course

With at least 1 year work related experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Department. Manages timely and proper distribution of correspondence;

b. Encode data to the departments official data base/report as per Managements instruction;

c. Receives all request and coordinates them accordingly;

d. Collects all minutes of meeting if applicable;

e. Maintains an updated registry of all company records and documents (Asset Dept) in their assigned department;
