Job Responsibilities

1. Technical / Equipment Selection

2. Translate equipment schedules from PDF format into tabulated Excel files to enhance monitoring, equipment selection, and project tracking

3. Assist Technical Support Engineers in the selection of basic mechanical equipment, including:
4. VRF Systems
5. Standard Air Handling Units (AHUs)
6. Fan Coil Units (FCUs)

7. Support equipment evaluation based on project requirements, specifications, and standards

8. Controls and Contracting Assistant

9. Assist Project Engineers in coordinating with subcontractors to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines

10. Support the preparation, review, and organization of project documentation for efficient project execution
11. Assist in overseeing material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with technical specifications
