Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1) Plan and develop good preventive and predictive maintenance program to reduce the number of unscheduled breakdowns.

2) To ensure the preventive and predictive maintenance program is carried out as it was planned.

3) Plan and develop facilities integrity program to ensure plant running in safe operating condition.

4) To ensure the facilities integrity program is executed as it was planned.

5) Continuously review the critical spare part list and frequently updated whenever its necessary.

6) To ensure all the critical spare list quantity always enough thus to minimize the downtime during breakdown.

7) Plan and coordinate manpower for any scheduled or unscheduled breakdown.

8) To report monthly total maintenance expenses.

9) Work together with Plant Engineer for any corrective maintenance works.
