Mechanical Engineer

What we're looking for:

• BS Mechanical Engineering (PRC Licensed is preferred)
• With experience in construction projects (building/warehouse/fit-out)
• Knowledge in mechanical works: HVAC/ventilation, ducting, exhaust systems, pumps, equipment installation
• Can review plans, prepare/shop drawings, and coordinate RFIs/RFAs
• Can prepare material take-off, cost estimates, and monitor progress on site
• Familiar with QA/QC, inspections, testing & commissioning, punchlisting, and as-built documentation
• Good communication, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
