• Advise and review projects in the sales phase (compliance check)
• Translate and optimize the as‑sold functionality to a working mechanical design within the budget available in cooperation with other disciplines (LLC, HLC, Installation etc.)
• Identify specials (DAR process) and coordinate design with SDE (responsible for end product)
• Coordinate phasing layouts i.e. brownfield projects
• Coordinate steelwork design
• Integrate design rules for safety and ergonomics in design
