Responsibilities

• To coordinate, manage and lead a group of Technician and Operator to achieve section and company objectives, KPI and goals.
• To set up, ensure and maintain machineries in good working conditions with Autonomous and Preventive system.
• To ensure production in accordance with regulation standards, achieve quality as per specification and quantity as per production plan.
• To assist Manager/Assistant Manager in all activities in Chilled Plant (UHT and Fresh Milk).
• To oversee & maintain Food Safety Management System (FSMS) ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
