Mechanical Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• CNC programming and program simulation (ESprit, UG, Mastercam)
• Operation of CNC machines with Fanuc system (CNC Milling 3 &3+2 axis OR CNC mill-turning machine) and related machinery
• CNC tool and configuration, Maximize the use of the tools (e.g., Sharpening tool)
• Maintenance and adjustment of lathes
• Management and maintenance of the fixture
• Improvement of manufacturing processes
• Improvement of on-site production processes
• tool lifespan and C/T improvement
• Maintenance of engineering system data(tooling bom)
• Breakthroughs in machining techniques

What we're looking for

• Major or related Major in machining engineering
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Mechanical engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Familiar with operating Fanuc OS CNC, can set up CNC lathe or milling machining
