Role Summary:
This role is responsible for the detailed review and completion of engineering selection and submittal documents, including proposals, drawings, calculations, test procedures, and IOMs for compressor seal requirements across the APAC region. The position will also support dry gas seal tester design and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues during dynamic testing. A key focus of the role is to deliver high-quality technical solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide application support for gas compressor seal selection.
Support product coding and offer basic engineering guidance.
Prepare and review reference proposal drawings and experience lists for specific applications.
Develop upgrade or conversion proposals and solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
