Job Description
Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ As a mechanical engineer on the electrical systems team, you will design and release components that are critical to vehicle development, and vehicle-level validation and testing, manage the BoM, and work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
+ Own the design, validation, and implementation of hardware within the EE Systems team, such as our manual driving interface, remote control systems, and testing interfaces.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define component requirements and interfaces, and steer cross-functional teams to implement changes to vehicle-level systems.
+ Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions.
+ Support the development and execution of component validation plans.
