Mechanical Engineer

Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:


+ Support the modeling and design of vehicle bucks and hardware-in-the-loop test systems, enabling critical test operations.

+ Model and design test infrastructure to be built, such as dynamometers, fixtures, equipment racks, sensor adapters, and more

+ Measure and model existing equipment and update related documentation illustrations

+ Collaborating with customers to understand design requirements and project scope

+ Assist with assembly and install of equipment

Requirements:

+ BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent in experience, and evidence of exceptional ability

+ Experience using 3DX CATIA to model and design parts e.g. brackets, enclosures, harness routing. You must also have experience measuring and modeling existing or off-the-shelf equip...
