Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Administration Department in monitoring and coordinating maintenance activities related to mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, water supply, HVAC, fire protection, and wastewater systems).
Conduct site inspections and prepare reports or recommendations for repair, maintenance, or improvement works.
Support the processing and documentation of work permits, project requests, and contractor clearances.
Assist in evaluating mechanical aspects of tenant construction or renovation plans.
Coordinate with service providers and ensure compliance with park safety and maintenance standards.
Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and simple technical drawings when needed.
