Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Administration Department in monitoring and coordinating maintenance activities related to mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, water supply, HVAC, fire protection, and wastewater systems).
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports or recommendations for repair, maintenance, or improvement works.
• Support the processing and documentation of work permits, project requests, and contractor clearances.
• Assist in evaluating mechanical aspects of tenant construction or renovation plans.
