Mechanical Engineer – HVAC & Energy Efficiency (Remote)

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer (3–5 years) with strong experience in HVAC systems, drafting, and modeling to support building performance assessments and long-term planning workflows.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive , comfortable following structured processes while proposing improvements and maintaining high technical accuracy in a remote environment.

What You’ll Do

• Review building documentation and utility data for performance baselines.
• Translate technical documentation into structured modeling inputs and templates.
• Run HVAC/energy modeling workflows using internal tools.
• Evaluate energy efficiency measures and high-level cost/impact assumptions.
