Overview

Mechanical Engineering Fresh Graduate (Various Engineering Positions Available). Multiple Engineering positions are available, such as Process, Project, Industrial, Facility, and Equipment Engineer roles. Fresh graduates will be assigned based on suitability and interests, with exposure to hands-on engineering work and overseas training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering (PE) Engineer: Planning and implementation of new projects, including process, cycle time, production lines, equipment, fixtures, and engineering installations, ensuring that actual yield and efficiency meet expected target values.
• Design of fixtures, packaging solutions, verification, sample approval, and execution of new product prototyping, handling mass production anomalies and customer complaints to ensure stable quality and on-time delivery.
• DOE validation, OQ and PQ execution, and arrange and execute pre-production training sessions....
