WhiteWater West is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern for a term starting in September, with a chance for extension. This role provides direct support to the Engineering team while working under a Professional Engineer's guidance. You'll be involved in creating CAD models, developing documentation, and supporting Continuous Improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transition designs from legacy systems into PLM database
• Analyze materials standards and propose substitutions
• Mark up drawings to identify necessary parts
• Create and maintain parts, assemblies, and drawings
• Develop CAD models and Bills of Material for production
Requirements:
• Enrolled or completed Mechanical Technologist or Engineer education
• Proficient in CAD software, especially SolidWorks
