Mechanical Estimator

• Evaluate drawings and specific costing for plumbing and fire protection
• Perform accurate and competitive cost proposal
• Design for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection System
• Proficient using AutoCAD for the design, take-offs and cost estimation
• Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to understand the scope of mechanical work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Compile and record actual costs to compare with initial estimates for future reference and analysis.
