Mechanical Foreman / Commercial Plumber - opportunities in both Dublin and Cork

Midland Heating and Plumbing Ltd. t/a Kerrigan Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman in the Dublin region for an immediate start.

We are looking to recruit a Mechanical Foreman to join the commercial division of the company. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a similar role and be responsible for the overall running of commercial projects.

The Mechanical Foreman will report to the Managing Director and will oversee and build relationships with the site staff and the wider site team including subcontractors, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsible for handling day to day activities to include all aspects of the contract to include labour, material, sub contractors and all relevant requirements to the legal and practical completion of the contract.
