Mechanical Foreman

A Textile unit is looking for a skilled Mechanical Foreman (Male) for processing department. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of textile dyeing, printing, bleaching, and finishing machines.
Requirements:
DAE Mechanical qualification
3–5 years of relevant textile industry experience
Good knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance
Ability to handle mechanical repairs, lubrication, bearings, pumps, valves, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance of dyeing, bleaching, printing, and finishing machines
Troubleshooting of mechanical faults in textile machinery
Repair and maintenance of rollers, chains, clips, gears, pumps, valves, and steam systems
Ensure smooth machine operation with minimum downtime
Follow safety and maintenance procedures
Preferred Experience In:
Jiggers, Stenter Machines, Calendars, Folding and Printing Machines
